Information we receive
When you request an estimate or contact us, we receive the details you submit: your name, contact information, property address, project type, and any message. If you claim the new-customer offer, we receive the first and last name, phone number, and email address you provide. These forms also record the page you submitted from, the submission time, and technical anti-spam fields. If you choose the optional marketing checkbox, we record that choice and the consent language shown at the time.
Our hosting and security services may receive routine connection information, such as IP address, browser details, and request times, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. If site analytics is enabled in our publishing settings, our host also measures page visits and selected interactions such as clicks on contact links and successful form submissions. Analytics events do not include your name, contact details, address, or form answers. We do not ask you to create an account on this website.
