Join our dynamic team as a Roof Laborer and be part of a hands-on workforce responsible for the physical aspects of roofing installations and repairs. This role is crucial for maintaining the workflow on the job site and supporting the completion of projects to high standards.
01 / The work
What you’ll do.
Material Handling
Transport, load, and unload roofing materials from trucks to job sites, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and ready for use.
Preparation and Cleanup
Prepare the worksite for installations or repairs, and clean up the site after job completion to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
Tool Management
Manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained in good condition, and readily available for use by the roofing team.
Installation Support
Assist roofing technicians during the installation process, including setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment.
Safety Practices
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies to minimize the risk of injury and accidents.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What we’re looking for.
Educational Background
No specific educational requirements; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Professional Experience
Previous experience in construction or roofing is beneficial but not required.
Skills
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy materials. Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
